GI Associates has a pediatric division dedicated to treating gastrointestinal disorders in children. We realize that children have gastrointestinal diseases that are different from adults and require a unique approach. Our team consists of pediatric gastroenterologists, a nurse practitioner, registered nurses, and medical assistants. Our pediatric gastroenterologists are specifically trained to help children with gastrointestinal disorders. They have dedicated nurses and staff members to make the pediatric patient and family feel more at ease.

Gigi the Giraffe, Your Child’s New Friend

All of us are nervous about going to the doctor, and sometimes it can be even more difficult for kids. We understand how kids feel, so we created Gigi the Giraffe to help!

When your child comes in for an appointment, make sure to ask for your free copy of the Gigi the Giraffe coloring book. It’s not only a coloring book, though. It tells the story of how Gigi went to the doctor and what it was like for her.

By seeing and understanding a little bit of what will happen during their doctor visit through Gigi’s story, your child’s nervousness will be lessened. Plus, they’ll have something to do throughout the visit!

Our Locations

You won't have to take your child around to multiple locations for testing and procedures ... we handle everything right in our Flowood office. We can also see your children at our other offices for your convenience.
